Returns

Define the return window, condition requirements, return-shipping responsibility and refund timing before launch. Used personal-care containers may require different hygiene rules from unopened merchandise.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Customers should contact DEPOZA with the order number and clear photos so shipment or packing errors can be reviewed separately from discretionary returns.
